  • What you would like us to do to resolve the issue.

What Happens Next

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days.
  2. We will investigate your complaint thoroughly.
  3. We aim to provide a full response and resolution within 14 business days. If the issue is complex, we will keep you updated on our progress.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may be able to refer your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. ADR is a process that allows disputes to be settled out of court.
